  1. Who we are. PA Lake Fishing Almanac (lakepa.net) is an independent publication operated by WeldonPC, Garfield Heights, Ohio. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or reviewed by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) or the PA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).
  2. Information, not authority. Lake facts come from PFBC and DEP public data as of the dates shown. Regulations are summarized; the current Pennsylvania Fishing Summary, 58 Pa. Code and posted signs govern. Stocking dates are as published by PFBC on the date shown and may change without notice. Fish-consumption advice is quoted for the year shown and is not medical advice.
  3. Data “as is”. The data is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — the same basis on which PFBC distributes its data. You use it at your own risk; check PFBC or DEP before you rely on it.
  4. Digital products. Buying the PA Lake Fishing Almanac gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and keep the PDF for your own use. Don't resell, re-post or share the file publicly. You must be 18 or older to buy.
  5. Payments. Payments are processed by PayPal to WeldonPC (weldon@weldonpc.com). We never see your card or bank details.
  6. Sales are final. See the Refund policy; credits are issued automatically in the cases it lists.
  7. Sponsored listings. Listings are advertising supplied by the advertiser; we don't verify them. The Advertiser Terms apply to advertisers.
  8. Acceptable use. Don't scrape the site in a way that degrades it, attempt to break its security, or submit false reports.
  9. No warranty; limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do.
