Refund policy

  1. Digital items are delivered instantly; all sales are final.
  2. If delivery fails after 3 automatic retries, you automatically get a credit code for the full value.
  3. If you accidentally buy the same edition twice, you automatically get a credit code for the second purchase.
  4. If PayPal refunds or reverses a payment, the item is revoked automatically.

Credit codes work for any item, one per order, and last 24 months. We never initiate a cash refund; PayPal's own dispute process applies.
