Help
Is this the Fish and Boat Commission's site?
No. It's an independent site run by WeldonPC. PFBC and DEP sources are linked on every page.
Where's my download?
It's on the page you returned to from PayPal and in your email (check spam). Lost it? Use your library or the resend page.
My link expired.
Links last 72 hours or 5 downloads. Sign in to your library for a new one (until Mar 31 after the edition year).
PayPal says paid but I see “waiting”.
PayPal sometimes takes a few minutes to confirm. We email you as soon as it does.
Can I get a refund?
Digital items are delivered instantly; all sales are final. If delivery fails after 3 automatic retries, or you bought the same edition twice, you automatically get a credit code. See refunds.
How do I use a credit code?
Enter it at checkout; one code per order. Codes last 24 months.
When is the next almanac out?
After PFBC publishes the new trout schedule and Fishing Summary, usually late winter. Get the release email.
Why does a date say “Was scheduled for…”?
The date has passed. We only know what PFBC published, not what happened.
Why is a survey “Historical”?
It's more than 10 years old.
Something on a lake page is wrong.
Use “Report a data error” on that page. Reports are reviewed at the next refresh.
How do I change my listing?
Sign in to your library → Listings → Edit text. Lakes can't be changed after purchase.
My listing was hidden.
Three reports within 7 days hide a listing and pause its time. Edit the text from your library; a passing edit brings it back with the time intact.
How do I unsubscribe?
Use the one-click link in the email, or your library.
Can I call or email you?
There's no phone line or contact form. Emails to noreply@lakepa.net get an automatic reply pointing here.
Do you track me?
No. There are no analytics services and no tracking cookies. Most pages show one banner ad from adengine.us, which sets no cookies and keeps only daily totals. See privacy.
