Gear: night electrofishing, trap nets
The 2019 electrofishing survey captured 12 Largemouth Bass. (p. 2)
No young-of-year bass were captured in either 2018 or 2019. (p. 2)
Of the Black Crappie captured, 95% measured 7 to 8 inches. (p. 3)
White Crappie at least 9 inches long comprised 39% of the catch. (p. 3)
PFBC's plan, in our words: PFBC will continue Largemouth Bass fingerling stocking, monitor the population annually with night electrofishing, and investigate ways to increase natural reproduction and survival of young bass. (p. 2)
Findings are our short summaries of one survey at one time. Every number was checked against the cited page of PFBC's report. We don't rate lakes.
